The great Scottish singer Jean Redpath is one of my favorites. This song, O, Guid (Good) Ale Comes was originally composed by that noted son of Scotland, Robert Burns. The lyrics in modern English can be found below the player.
I do believe there are a few folks here on the forums who might be partial to a wee drop or two of guid ale.

My stepdad loved Frankie Laine, and I heard so much of him, I grew to like him a lot even though he was an eye-talian. His father cut Al Capones hair for God's sake, in "Little Italy" in Chicago. He did "High Noon" on one of his albums. But the version I really like is on my CD: "The greatest Western Movie Themes", by the Ned Nash orchestra. This sounds so rich and smooth.

Good question. I believe an "acoustic motorbike" is what we in the US call an "analog bicycle". Though I have heard someone mention that "motorbike" could be a slang term for what Americans call a "motorboat".

The, "I wish a Ford and the Chevy would still last 10 years like they should" lyrics miss the mark with me though. I still proudly drive my 28-year old 5-speed manual 4x4 F-350 Ford OBS (Old Body Style) and my 23 year-old Ford diesel 6-speed manual 4x4 F-350.
Most Chevy's, on the other hand, probably really are scrapped before 10 years. Their crappy CV Joint-driven front axles might have something to do with that. But I digress.
