Nice Jeep, did you have to wait long for a 2dr?
My BIL got a '20 when they came out and waited awhile.
They had inventory of 4drs but no 2's

Anybody here interested in the clearing my garage of TJ parts?
Front bumper w/ one factory fog light & both end caps
3rd brake light, think it was modified for larger tire (been sitting years)
Front sway bar cover thingie
D&P knuckles (one stripped caliper bolt, TRE's straight drilled)
D&P calipers
Rotors

It took 6 weeks. I also found mostly 4 doors in stock and everything I found was automatic 4 cylinder turbo. It just didn't sound right. I like a hefty 6 and a manual transmission.
 
I couldn;t find anything I liked that was manual last time I was vehicle hunting.I drove stick for over twenty years then couldn't fimnd a decent suv that was standard so my Nissan I"ve had for last six years is automatic.I like automatic while road driving but in the woods and especially in the moutains standard rocks.Like the control of speed on down grades without wearing out the brakes,.

Good choice ordering the 4.10 axle too. Besides the obvious towing advantage. which you might not need, the 4.10 has the benefit of extending the clutch life to near infinity. No need to do much feathering, just lift your left foot and let her go. I ordered my '97 F-350 gasser with the 4.10 and Ford's 5 speed with the creeper. I went with 3.73 rears in my 6 speed diesel F-350 because there is so much torque down low in the rpm range I really didn't need the 4.10's.

My favorite truck of all time. V6 manual with very low gearing. People used to tell me that a 4 cyl is better, but I disagree. I owned both. I realize it's personal preference, but I roamed the pines for about 12 years, and don't recall ever getting stuck. Of course my memory is sliding.

That's strange Bob, I just "acquired" one of those little Bronco's for a repair I completed for someone! I have an 89, 5 speed manual hubs and manual transfer case which I prefer. Needs some work but overall not bad. Thinking of using it for my trail ride and keeping the jeep mostly clean! That year yota is one of my favorites, I seen those go over 300K unless they rotted away!
