Just added this new map, which is based on the same NLCD and ASTER GDEM data as the Landscape Series, but combined with data from a variety of other sources. Level 12 detail, same as the other Landscape maps, so it will only be useful on a regional level. But I think it's good for general reference and it has a unique style that you won't find on other maps.

Making a map of the entire US is quite a project, have been working on this for almost three months! Could use more work, but I just had to wrap it up - I may revisit it sometime in the future and add more details. But it's been a fun journey, reminding me of all the places I've lived and visited across the US. It also really drove home just how small (and precious) our Pine Barrens are. They seem so tiny when you look at the vast wilderness spaces in the Northwest and the whole Eastern US has a density of roads and other features that just aren't found elsewhere.
It's a good companion for the other Landscape maps in the sync app. Read all about it on the mapinfo page.
