I don't hold much hope for NJ but it will be an interesting challenge.

That is on the application, as well as all other requirements. They also provide a list by state, of certified instructors on the web site. No state will issue a permit without the education. Central Jersey Rifle & Pistol Club used to offer a course specifically for FL, but suddenly stopped doing it.You do need some classroom training 46'er.
Some states don't have reciprocity for one or the other, ....
A good site to check where your permit will be honored. Use the 'States that honor my permit(s)' button.
As of June 8 of last year, Pennsylvania no longer recognizes Florida non-resident CCW. I thought I would bring that important change to light since the map didn't show the change.
I think it does Gibby, try it again.
Yah, unfortunately Im up at our place in the Adirondacks a lot and NY prob has the 2nd toughest gun laws in the country. If I even get pulled over with my handguns in the truck there I have to tell them Im passing through to VT, where its all goodThe latest from the Pennsylvania AG's Office on reciprocity with the various States CCW.
Notice that Vermont and Alaska have no CCW permit requirement at all.
