I just got in from having dinner at the local fifties style diner. I definitely feel like like 34% WHO indicates is obese. The chopped steak sandwich, homemade fries , real cherry coke and vanilla malt was worth it. My attitude at the moment is let the coroner earn the money and figure out the cause of death - dinner was terrific! Besides, I am so active at work I'll burn all of it off tomorrow. Most of the time I'm at a caloric deficit and my LDLs, for the last five years, have still just been over one hundred.
