old southern jersey train on snowy day

Took a shot of these snowy old trains, in winslow, twsp camden county this morning. The trains there look like an old train junk yard, does anyone know where or if they still use them?

Thanks for the info, dogg . I have heard of it, but i guess i thought there would at least be remains of a rail road building/stop.
