The landscape of the Lower Bank postcard doesn't feel right....listed as "Lower Banks" of New Jersey....with the stone wall in front of the sloping landscape... not finding familiarity with the house or barn either in looking through some old photos.... hmmm.

Nice catch. I was thinking that could be one of those fake "antique" signs. They make some pretty convincing ones these days (in Asia somewhere I'm sure). There used to be a souvenir shop down in Cape May that had a lot of junk like that, maybe it's still there? AC Moore also used to have a selection of bogus antique signs too.

Thats a crazy price! I bought the same sign at Smithville for $35.00 last year. You can still buy them there.
