Blueberry plants, I would call Emery's, out near Colliers Mill. Beach plum I know of one place in Cape May, but I cannot recollect the name. I bought several plants from the PPA during their spring plant sale several years ago, this is the first year we have plums. Have you tried a search on the 'net? You can also pick the plums during the Beach Plum Festival at IBSP in September. Rare Find Nursery in Jackson also stocks both.
