Rechargeable Spot Light

I am looking into purchasing one any suggestions? What about recharge times?
Home Depot has one that will run off a lighter or the battery would that be the way to go?

I knew someone who had one that plugged into the lighter and it was BRIGHT. If you were planning to use it outside of your vehicle, however, your best bet would be to get a rechargable. I don't have any experience with them, though.
