PENNSYLVANIA, AS WELL AS NORTHWESTERN, CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN NEW
JERSEY.
* WINDS...WEST NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 OR
30 MPH.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 20 TO 25 PERCENT.
* TEMPERATURES...MAINLY IN THE 40S.
* IMPACTS...THERE IS A GREAT POTENTIAL FOR RAPID WILDFIRE SPREAD
TODAY DUE TO THE GUSTY WINDS, LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND DRY FINE
FUELS. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
