Just think of all the gas and wear and tear on your car that you could save by moving to the Pines. And depending on where you are now and where you move, you might be able to sell your old house for more than the new one as well as save money on taxes!

Im a traditional Celtic music fan and some of the podcasts I listen too use that word at the end of their podcast so I assume it's Goodbye or Seeya later?Yes it is Gaelic. Slainte is pronounced "slawn-che" which is the same as what you wrote. I don't that word is spoken much anymore.
