Sally Star has died

And she had her own show. Her husband is buried near my dad but closer to my grandfather. My mom use to see her at Locustwood all the time crying when her hubby died. That was about 1968. I will visit my dad soon and see if she was placed there as well.
He is somewhere in this area. My mom would point there from across the road when she told us.

She hosted a radio show on 92.1 in Vineland for years. Good, down to earth person. Always liked her.

Sorry to hear this. The kids and I would sometimes stop for ice cream at her shop on Jackson Rd. Her pizza shop was also a victim of fire a few years back.

It looks like the Captain wins the race. Looks like he still dresses the part too. I wasn't a fan of the Captain, too lethargic for me and my cyclonic personality.

Funeral for Sally Starr open to the public
Services will be held at the Costantino Funeral Home at 231 West White Horse Pike in Berlin, New Jersey.
The viewing will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, February 4th. The funeral will start at 8:00 p.m. Sally Starr's burial will be held on Tuesday in a private service for family only.
