All,
I took off from work today and headed out to do some searching since it was going to be so warm. On Sunday I had scouted out a location where there was an inscribed stone with the initials AMN on it, and it was in the middle of a swamp. So Jessica and I arrive there this morning and suited up to walk out and see if it was there. The swamp was the type that when you walk the ground all around you wiggles and sinks, and it is hard to keep your balance. We made it 5 feet before Jessica promptly fell backwards and landed on...well you know. I rushed over to pull her up, but not before she was soaked. I continued on my own and came up empty handed.

From there we headed to the Nescochague marker to look for the Azimuth mark, and also came up empty handed. We then backtracked and found a Hammonton/Mullica township stone.

We then backtracked some more and looked for another R98 stone that is the border for the "West Mills Tract". We found that plus the state stone.

On the way to a unsuccessful search for our last stone, we had to cross this bridge. Some of the boards were not nailed in.
