A cut from my album titled "Spring Hill", will be played on the Down Jersey Radio program tomorrow (Wednesday, march 21st) between 7:30 and 9:00 pm. It is on a couple stations locally (I don't know which because I can't get them where I am) and also on the internet radio at WSNJAM.com.

Question, when you go on the site and to the programs you will notice the Host of the show DOWN JERSEY is Jim Albertson. Did you have to reach out to him or to the station in some way to get radio play? If you know him or have talked to him, he seems like a really cool fellow! He was very funny at the event last week @ Sweetwater.

You know, when the album came out I sent it to a few stations, but I don't recall that his show was one of them. Somehow he got a copy (maybe from me via press kit) and started playing "Leeds Devil blues" on his show. My correspondance with him has been brief but his emails (basically to tell me that he is playing one of the songs) are always very cheerful. I have been contracted by a few DJ's some from internet stations and local radio stations alike, I think they are playing it in Georgia somewhere. It is often difficult to develop ongoing correspondance after they intially contact me. I was supposed to be highlighted in the Welcome to Lacey Twp brochure also, but correspondance was lost.
