That's about right, assuming the map is South up. This below is North up, if I'm correct.

What year was this map drawn?
The fact that this map places the saw mill here has got me rethinking some things. I had assumed that the saw mill was located on/at this race: https://boydsmaps.com/#19.00/39.647534/-74.659991/midatlidar/0.00/0.00
Perhaps this was a later addition to power another mill?
Also, have you come across any records of "Ball's Folly"?

I think the map is for the mill site that was several miles up the Atsion at the mouth of Sleepy Creek. The lidar image appears to be the old Cripps Sawmill.

Ah, the Sleepy! That makes sense, as the there is physical evidence that the mill was right atop of the creek, as depicted on this map.
