Okay . . . this kid is an idiot. That much is plain. But I can't bash on him too much--i've let snakes bite me before, too. In my defense, however . . . i've only done it to prove how harmless they are (in front of someone who's fearful of them). Also . . . python bites can really hurt! Especially on your stomach . . . jeez. So I still feel justified in calling them idiots without being a hypocrite.

If you have the Star Wars boxed set there's a funny out take from the Empire Strikes Back (the one where Luke goes to Yoda's planet to be tutored... I get them mixed up). Anyway, there are a bunch of snakes crawling all over in that segment. Mark Hamill is doing the scene and reaches out to grab a snake which bites his finger. He yells "OW! That little f*cker bit me!" Someone asks if he's OK and he says something like "yeah, it was just a little love bite"
