Looks like we got less than an inch here…. Maybe tomorrow?

This one might be significant, especially for us "Southerners".
It has been moving westward with each briefing. and the possible totals upward.
4am briefing; snow totals up again with another westward change. Began here around 6am; light leaf blower snow.

Unconfirmed report of ten inches of snow today in Waretown, NJ....any updated snowfall totals available for the South Jersey region?
I am in Atco right now and they have 7" on the ground.
NWS says 8" for me. Didn't go out yesterday afternoon…. it was just too nice inside by the fire, but it looked like 8 or 9 inches. But this morning the lightweight snow has settled to about 4". No big deal, cleared off the car with a broom and used one of those "scoopers" that you push to clear the area around it. The snow thrower is still in storage and not fueled.
Never used it last year, we'll see about this year. With temperatures going up to 55 and nights above freezing on the way, this stuff should be gone before the end of the week.

Better forecasts in the future. I see South Jersey peeking at me in this world scan.

Might come down hard, but doesn't seem like it could amount to much. Temperatures are supposed to remain above freezing tonight and tomorrow, and with a high in the upper 60's today the ground will be very warm.
