Some NJPB Maps not loading

Hello -

Just a heads up, it appears that the server that NJPB maps uses to fetch map tiles for some sites is down/broken for the time being. The 1930s aerials, the historical topo, 95, 2002, and 2007 layers are not loading right now.

They'll start working once the WMS server that the map tiles live on comes back online.

yes aerials are not working here but topos are.no imagery of any kind will load into Globalmapper.Must be something bigger then the forum,some big server somewhere.

I'm sure it's the NJGIN servers, they are frequently down. They'll probably look into it Monday after they take a coffee break and tell their friends what they got for Christmas.

Not on my end; for all aerials and historic topo I get a screenfull of messages that say the URL is discontinued, the rest are working.

Clear your cache.

I can load all of the maps just fine.

Working now. Thanks! I find it hard to clear the cache with Safari anymore. I have to go into Users/Library and do it by deleting the complete folder.

So if anyone has a Mac and can't clear their cache properly, go into the "GO" menu in the finder and then to "Go to Folder" and type in ~/Library. Then go into the Cache folder and remove the folder "com.apple.Safari."

Thanks, that did it. I have it set to auto, but I guess auto is not what I thought it was.

Topo maps are not working right now. I'll have to dig into it further this week. Sorry.
