What a show! I'd pay real money to see this one. It's a tragi-comedy featuring explosive characters in a fantastic setting with special-effect highlights . . . genuine tension . . . classic black moments . . . and a riveting climax, not to speak of the comic narrative and pop-up ads. The last shot, sepia-Alfie pondering an enchanted forest, brings down the house. Thanks again, Alfie & Whip.
