Really hard to tell from that cute photo/meme but it does look a lot like a Vizsla.
My neighbor had one and he had great hopes of the dog becoming a bird dog. He's still hoping and the dog has been gone for twenty years.

Maybe some Vizsla in there; but the expression reminds me of Dogue du Bordeax/ french mastiff. A really appealing probable mix breed. Mutts rule!
