to keep my strength up for hiking, id like to eat at the sweetwater casino.....somewhere south of the mullica......i hear they have great seafood........it must be an exclusive and prospering place since i cant find a number ,address ,or ad for them anywhere.......anybody ever been there......how was it.........where is it........many thanks,a hungry hiker

The last time you asked about the Sweetwater Casino I gave you a long answer about it, but you never responded. Your question was in the middle of a string of posts about Thompson's Beach.
It is located on 7th Avenue in Sweetwater, where 7th Avenue dead-ends at the Mullica River. 7th Avenue is off of 643, the Pleasant Mills Road, in Mullica Township. I have eaten there 2 or 3 times in the last 20 years, and I think the food and service are mediocre. It has been said that you don't eat there for the food, but for the ambiance of the place.

Barry, I believe you are correct. I looked at their prices when I went there several times to take the kids on a boat ride when I checked their prices; the seem very high. Unless you like seafood, the menu is very limited.

Barry,
He's still trying to figure out the posting, he said as much in a question about the turkey vultures nesting area. I give a lot of credit to someone almost twice our age who is still out there bushwacking, covering more ground than most of us, and spending time online trying to figure out everything. I only hope I am so enthusiastic and still learning!

the casino's food isn't the greatest......but not bad for having drinks....i would try the Fork's Inn up river.....the food is much better.
