Buzby's is selling for $575,000 and it is most likely about 1/8 acre, and this is over 100 and selling for much less. If I had the money I know which one I would buy.

Have to agree with that. The farm is in a very nice, quiet spot.

With a little wheelin and dealin and you could probably get both for under a mil.
