What a beautiful day in the woods.
I really liked the lake and the large indian grass field on top of the hill next to the lake.
The club that used to be there must have had some great times at that place.
Here are some of my pics:

The group seems to pondering, is this a dam? is this a road? is this a dam road?

And finally, the lonesome boat living out its final days. It probably gave a lot of people some beautiful memories not that long ago.

Thanks to Bob, once again, for putting together a beautiful jaunt.

Scott,

Nice shot of the corduroy road! It shows what it takes to negotiate it.

6.4 miles? Didn't bob tell us it would be about 5 miles? How can we ever trust him again?

Kidding, Bob. You planned another winner, for sure.

It's fairly obvious from terrain (and Jerseyman's excellent evidence presented in the other thread) where the mill on Ives Branch used to sit. Now, what would be really amazing would be to find some remnant of the tub mill on Tub Mill Branch.

Nice day for an outing in early February, that's for sure. Thanks Guy, Scott, Gabe, Jess, and Paul. This area was nicer than I thought it would be. We gave the trip an 8.25 out of 10.

Real nice pics Bob. Thanks for the info Mark.

Somewhat better. It makes noises when I turn my head which it did all day today as I walked, and my hearing is still slightly muffled. I do not have any pain. I wore my hat most of the day today to keep it protected.

I still hear my pulse which is really strange.

Thanks for asking jim.

Guy

Was it a middle ear infection? Those are the worst! I get them often after a cold. So I do my best to avoid getting sick. Avoiding coughers, crowds, etc.
The fluid in the ear transmits the pulse sound, it is misery. I hope you feel better soon!
