The puddles are finally gone

I am traveling roads I haven't been down in a year or more. It is dry from Hampton Parh to High Crossing, Mines Spung Road, East Stokes Road south of Hampton Road. The only significant puddels I am seeing are at High Crossing but they are shrinking.

those puddles at high crossing are way deep.They were made on purpose as play holes.I rode by one day and a bunch of kids were stuck in the one just south of the tracks and on the east side of the stage road.They were being winched out by a friend.they were all laughing like ruining their truck was great fun (their parents probably buy their vehicles for them or have them repaired) and there was a couple of rangers sitting there looking on.I guess they weren't cited for anything or things may not have been so funny.One kid was standing in the puddle and it was up to his hips.

That road just a year ago was off limits after the 1/4 mile problem. Now it can be traveled.

The road was always OK, just not the ones that go up to the tracks.

What changed to allow that. I thought it was to be off-limits for good.
