I think the light just obscured the first clouds coming over, creating the illusion of upward movement.

Stars-Clouds-Time

I have been squirreling away time lapses since last fall. I finally put them together into video form. It was filmed mostly in the east plains and on LBI. It is kinda long, 7 minutes, so grab a drink. The intro is over a minute long but it sets the tone.

The facts on how long this took or how many computer hours of post processing it required and the fact I received no compensation, definitely puts me in the 'certifiable loon' category. ;-) Enjoy.
