I've been driving by the Tinton Falls Pet Cemetary almost every weekday since 1998 and have never stopped to look around and photograph the surroundings. It's a strange area, on Wardell Rd, right near a development. But surrounding the area is just a stretch of woods, which still feels pretty desolate. They're starting to build down the road, so that feeling will be gone in a few years I am sure.

Anyway, I happened to have my camera with me, and took a few interesting shots. Click on the images for a full sized (1024x768) image.

^^ This one is my favorite of the bunch.

^^ This is a huge old oak(?) tree that I've been meaning to photograph for a long time now. I editied it in Photoshop to add the sepia effect.

^^ Some mini-sunflower type of flowers. Besides daffodils, sunflowers are my favorite plants.

^^ Everybody wishes they had high tension power lines in their back yard.

^^ A lilac

^^ It's not easy to photograph a flag while it's moving. This was the best one that came out. (It's slightly out of focus and the flag looks very unnatural.) It's here only to be patriotic.
