From the front page of the Burlington County Times, Wednesday Feb. 2, 2005:
An 18-year old from Mount Laurel and a 22-year old from Washington Township, Gloucester County were indicted by a county grand jury on one count each of bias intimidation and criminal mischief. The newspaper does mention their names, but I won't post them here in this message. This results from the spray painting incident on May 5, 2004. If convicted, the pair face up to 6 1/2 years in jail and $25,000 in fines each.
I remember the long thread about this last year and how it made everyone feel sick. It looks like justice may finally be served.
