I guess if the enduro folks are required to remove their signs and stakes these people should be required to return and remove their items.
Perhaps the event had not ended yet. This appears to be what was going on, looks like a big thing; they paddle, bike and run over the 12 hours.

My kid and his girlfriend ran into that group yesterday while hiking near Batsto. He couldn't figure out what was going on.
Looks like they had just about everything else covered except blood sucker juice.

I think it's a low impact sport, but so is geocaching. Quickly scanning their website that was posted I think the Batsto event was 4/15. Are the course flags left up after the event? I did see they have permanent course markers listed in certain parks but Wharton isn't one of them.
I heard RA is due back in July, can anyone confirm?
Surprised PPA hasn't thought of this and incorporate into their "for profit" arm charging $$ for the "privilege".
