Where is Apple Pie Hill ?

Hello to all.
I am new to this site and still trying to find my way around so if my question was posted by someone else on a past post I am sorry for any inconvience.
My question is where and how do you get to Apple Pie Hill? I understant that there is a Fire Tower there?

It is where the red X is on the map. The easiest way to it is from Rt532 turn onto Ringler Rd.
