Here's a club I recently identified. I passed it for years but could not get close enough to read the sign, so I finally used my camera and zoomed in. Note the small lake, slide and tire swing. Bridesburg is a section of Philadelphia.

Yes it is! It has a club house and several RV's. I've never seen it active but looks like a fun place.
