Is this the same bridge?

Yes, look how it is built differently on the left than the right. It looks very old and maybe repaired at some time. I don't recall it going anywhere interesting in recent times. Why all the work? Nobody builds a structure like that to go nowhere. Can it be really that old?

No, but now that you mentioned it I can see the similarity. This ones pretty rickety.
Here's another shot.

Yes it is. We crossed it yesterday, fine shape for pedestrians. A bit crooked and not very straight any more. Some rot, watch your step.

That is another area that use to be so nice. We spent quite a bit of time there years ago.

A few hints. It shows up very clearly on Google Earth and Bing. Also, half of the GPS cords are:

39.92369

There was once a bridge right across it and Bob thinks this was the support for it. I now agree.

Near Mt. Misery
I have not been on in a while and obviously missed some good "where is this" photos. That is along the bogs near Buckingham, south of the RR. that photo is looking south I believe.

Someone needs to come up with a more exact location. The first who does is the winner :)
