I know you probably had to eat out back then when working.

Haha, yeah those were busy times for me, I ate out a lot. Sometimes dinner at home with the family, but my daughter had just graduated from Shawnee and we all had our own schedules. I tapered off on restaurants after retiring and now I only eat out while travelling or visiting family. Like you said, it's just too expensive and the experience often isn't so great.

Have been a big user of take-out from Wawa and other local places though, even drive-thru McDonalds breakfast sometimes. But for the past few months, I've been making almost all my meals at home, maybe take-out two nights a week? Definitely cheaper, but it amounts to a lot of time out of your day when you include related things like cleanup and shopping.

We always visited McDonald’s when traveling to Vermont. Quick and easy. Two years ago we went again and everyone in the place walked out including us. They ignored everyone. So we went across the street to Taco Bell and enjoyed the breakfast much better. Now some of the Taco Bell’s stopped breakfast which includes the one we stop at. So this year we have to come up with something new. Our vacation take out story.

Yes - that is it, I see the duck pond is still there too!

I just assumed my receipt was from Medford, since I went there pretty often back then. But it says Lamberti's Philadelphia. I worked in Philadelphia, but not quite remembering where Lamberti's was.

There was also a Lamberti's at the racetrack circle in Cherry Hill. I was there once in Dec 2000. They were a franchise, and each had their own personality.
