What a Techno-stew. It's pretty amazing that it looks like a map.Blame the NJOGIS, ESRI, TomTom, Garmin SafeGraph, GeoTechnologies, METI, NASA, EPA, NPS, USFWS and NJFFS!![]()
yes. I looked earlier this morning, and nothing was showing in Wharton.Whenever I have looked on FIRMS, there shows nothing? Is that happening to anyone else?
Jinxed. It’s here.No smell down here in P'town. Yet. NE wind will fix that shortly.
Which part of Tuckerton Rd were you able to see? I'm assuming not down near the Batona Trail crossing, or anywhere south of High Crossing down to Bulldozed RD. You were probably up near the junction with Carranza Rd? I think that area is probably a denser pitch pine lowland and not the pine-oak upland more typical of Tuckerton Rd along the sand ridge section.Just drove out that way. Tuckerton was a pretty hot burn. Hampton road was back fired and not to bad. The smoke was blowing towards batsto fireline and on that side of 206. Surprised how big it got with minimal winds, green vegetation and somewhat wet forest. But that area hasn’t burned in a while. Another beautiful pine forest for 50 years is the silver lining.

I thought that was odd too.The "interesting" thing about that alphabet soup of agencies is that it doesn't include the USGS....
