    NJ Camping

I like having this option. Wharton is so big that it is easier to the spend the 9.25 and go directly to the campsite than to Batsto first for most of the camping areas. Although, I understand that it is alot of money for a couple people camping. We reserved a group site last weekend for 10...

    Shooting range @ Murphy's pit.

Perhaps you are thinking of the Medford police shooting range up the road. The brush/stump dump was right next to it.

I'm stuck in a puddle and can't get out!

The difference between the kids getting stuck today and those of us in our late 30s and up was that we didn't have the option of calling our buddies for help on a cell phone. I am sure most of us remember a cold wet hike looking for help.

    First Avenue Ruins

I have been to that sawmill and also wondered about the large hole. Could it be for some kind of reciprocating saw that needed the hole for blade clearance?

5 Rockets to Light Up US East Coast Sky Tonight

I am so glad I stayed up last night. It was an awesome sight! I watched mission control counting down as long as I could on the computer then went out to the marsh. After an hour, I almost gave up then rockets came from the southwest and dispersed the chemical tracers right overhead.

It may be a pain kick starting my old Honda, but at least it won't leave you stranded if the battery dies. Jump starting is nearly impossible in sugar sand.
