    Albino Squirel

I saw a black squirrel 2-3 years ago on the roadside. I had to go by a few times to confirm what it was. Its hair was long and almost Sasquatch-looking. Only one I've ever seen. Never seen an albino though.

Not too sure where this is

I noticed I was pretty close to 72 on my GPS' map. I thought maybe there was another way going left, but after picking off....I dunno how many ticks....from walking the Clay Works, I pretty much just wanted to go home. I found a great trail behind the Works riddled with bricks and terra...

Not too sure where this is

I got the coords for ROG from Topozone, I think. Yeah, I was coming from Old Half Way. From Union I went straight. The 'main' road turns to the left, but there is a smaller one that continues forward. I took that and the puddle took up the entire road.

Not too sure where this is

Keep in mind this was my first time attempting to find it. The GPS said it was dead ahead .6 miles, so maybe it wasn't the road. I figured it was but couldn't go on to find out.

Not too sure where this is

Probably was going a different way then. I was .6 miles from it, dead ahead, and the trail was flooded.

Not too sure where this is

I'll get the coords next time I head out that way. It's right on that main trail though; probably can't see it from the road now because of the grass. I visited the site of Old Half Way today (got its coords), and the photos are definitely not of it. This is roughly a mile from it. By the...

    Stumbled Upon a Snake

Speaking of snakes... had a black rat snake cross the road right in front of me by Mt. Misery today. I didn't notice it and thought it was a stick until the last second. Fortunately I swerved in time and missed it.

    Stumbled Upon a Snake

I would love to see a corn snake in the wild, though I know the odds are low. That's my favorite. Always liked king snakes too.

    Stumbled Upon a Snake

I freak out when people try to kill spiders at my job. I jump up, catch them, and let them go outside. I don't see how anyone could kill anything on the basis of "it's icky".

    Question regarding "Calico"

I actually passed the Ellis Adams place then. Never noticed it.

    Question regarding "Calico"

So nobody's sure what this group of foundations is then? I wonder if the trashed camper is still there.

Not too sure where this is

I've looked at quite a few maps. At first I thought this area might've been Old Half Way, but if I'm looking at these maps correctly, it's more south of this area.

    Stumbled Upon a Snake

A few weeks ago we were geocaching in Lebanon, and right by the old rusted out Cadillac (I think it's a Cadillac) there's a clearing. My friend was poking around there when he froze up and called me over. I saw this cute lil' guy just as frozen as my friend. I haven't been up to date on my...

Not too sure where this is

The past few weeks I've been trying to find the sites of Old Half Way, Union Clay Works, and Red Oak Grove. I don't really know if I'm looking in the right area or not. On one of our trips, we decided to go straight instead of making that 2nd right. Down the road a bit we saw this stuff just...

    Question regarding "Calico"

It's been about a year since I went out to find Calico. Since then, I've heard so many stories about its true location. From what I understand, barely nothing is left of it. I found what looked like the ruins of a town (my photos are here). First I was told this was Calico, and then I got a...

    Vehicle crashes into Wawa store

I was wondering what happened there; we drove by it yesterday and there was an insane amount of fire trucks & cops.

    Question about the Shaler Grave

The spraypaint is obviously from the stories attached to the place.....supposed to have been a 'satanic church', which anyone with an IQ of 15 would have known was not true. I guess after the old man left, kids decided since it wasn't one, they'd make it look like one. On the same topic...
