I'm still really upset about what happened there. The guy who lived there just a few years ago was nice; even let my friend poke around and take a few pictures. Not sure what happened to him.

I recently revisited the Shaler Grave. I've read about it but can't find anything about the concrete thing next to it. Anyone know what it is? Someone told me stables but I highly doubt it; it looks newer anyway. Pics are here.

If it was in plain sight, in the guy's backseat, or anywhere else within his reach they could go after him. But how does one find a car "suspicious?" It does sound like they needed to nail him for something.

They were from a Renaissance Faire we went to a few days earlier. I told the cop that and he simply said "Oh." Guess the NY Faire bumper sticker helped a bit with that one too.

Supposedly if the weapon is beyond your reach (trunk, hatchback), they can't do anything about it, unless it's something illegal of course. I got pulled over with half a dozen swords in the back of my truck and they just asked what they were for.

I think it's real; however, I don't follow that Leeds junk. I think it's most likely an unknown species.

There have been numerous JD sightings outside of New Jersey, especially in PA & DE. Other states have similar critters; they just call them different things.

I saw this page already. It gives some good info, but I'm trying to find out what exactly Clark's Landing was. Was it a town or just his home? There has to be some significance here because the place is named after his family. Maybe his family was the only one here?

There are already caches at Washington and Harrisville, away from the ruins. As far as I know none are at Martha.
