    Attending University of Delaware in the mid 90s there was always talk of closeby Delaware county PA as being fine territory to pick the "magic" ones at pre-dawn. Never got up early enough to make the journey.

    Hewey that is a heavy load of high octane brew bud! If you can find any Lagunitas (California brewery) snatch it up it goes quick. Lagunitas Correction Ale 2009 was very good at around 6% or so even better was the Hop Stoopid at 8% I have yet to see it in stores but they do a Frank Zappa...
