I've caught Perch in Batso, but not very often. Crappie, Bass and Pick's are what we mostly catch. Never new Perch were so good. Next one I catch will be with dinner. Greg

46'er, when I got it in 1992, the treatment philosphophies(sp?) were not set. I took doxycyclene for 3 months. I can't complain, since I've suffered no symptoms since.

Both Winslow fires seem to have been started along the road through Winslow that I've always called "main road". It's too much of a coincidence for me. Again, I can't say enough about the folks who contained the fire. Greg

I agree. When I canoe, I often beach, walk about 10 yards into the woods and just stand and look. It's amazing what you can see while you're still.

I posted earlier about the Winslow fire. The swamps are as dry as as I've seen them in years. Dry weather has meant less bugs in the woods in the past, but also greatly increases the chance of fire. I think I'd rather see some rain. Greg
