I'm no expert but this looks nothing like my dogs' prints. I was comparing it to this chart, where it looks closest to Bobcat. I followed the tracks for more than a 1/4 mile, never saw one claw mark. I should have taken side by side pics of the tracks with my dogs but this was about 3 minutes...

Taken last week near Sims Place. Definite cat of some kind. I had my dogs prints right next to it for comparison.

That is not an effect but rather the distortion from a 10.5mm lens. The same lens is used on my most recent time lapses.
