I don't know the name of the road, but if you face the steps, the road out is to your left, it goes up the hill and out to a neighborhood. We went in from the top of the hill once, then found this entrance. Handy!

What we saw was a red plastic 5 gallon pail with a plastic lid. It had no other features, and was closed. I was guessing that someone comes and spreads deer chow once in a while.

It is possible for us to restrict access to cache coordinates to paying GC.com members. The chances of someone paying just so they can be a jerk and wreck stuff/steal caches is slim.
