Exactly!...82 acres for $79,995. Unimproved and agricultural land is usually taxed at a very low rate and at that assessed value taxes are only $1,488 a year! For a healthy retiree who likes the outdoors it seems like paradise.

There are many trails in the Pine Barrens. Which trail are you referring to? The longest trail is the pink blazed Batona Trail which is approximately 53 miles long. The Batona Trail is for foot traffic only. Each State forest has a list of there own trails (goto there web page for the info). In...
