What does the beach look like next to it? Is it a decent walkable beach? Looks like a nice one on aerials.

Have found it on nautical charts but no info.It is out of the way and not a navigational hazard so it appears to not be important as far as mariners are concerned.

I have used that same tactic.Plot the shape and then try to match it to existing property lines on the shape file of properties for that area.Occasionally have had success doing that.

I haven't canoied the upper Mullica since the late 80's.Perhaps no one is clearing it any more.Not nearly as beautiful as the lower river but a nice little twisty isolated run none the less.
