There are still a fair number in Tabernacle. I remember being near the FRM years ago (circa early 2000's) and there being an extordinary # of them. So much that is was disturbing when I was driving in my open jeep. Jeff

Back before they cut the rails at high crossing I used to take my motorcycle, a big 600cc thumper, and hit that hill/rail southbound at insanely high speeds...highway speeds. I used to compress the suspension at just the right moment and when I hit that rail I would just fly. I would land...

I had a great time at lines in pines. Jack really enjoyed it. It was great to see Terry, Gloria, Ted (briefly) and to finally meet Kayak Karl. It was well organized and I hope that future ones draw more kids. Jeff

I have it on first hand authority from law enforcement that there is looting in both LBI and Seaside. How they are getting there I don't know, maybe by boat. what a shame. There is a large police and military presence there now using helicopters and ground patrols to get it under control. Jeff

the canal is possible as I have kayaked it a number of times. There are a lot of downed trees and it is honestly much easier to put in right along 532 about 1/2 way across the lake. Dogg57 linked to a thread I did a little while back. Pickerel will be the main game in the lake. Jeff

It is funny, I was just out by Slab Causeway yesterday morning. You have Island Spring, four mile spring and gum spring and tar kiln spring out there but I don't know of an edmund spring. Jeff
