The illegal house is right on the Mullica. Wait for a low tide and just walk along the exposed beach from the end of Bulltown rd where it meets the water. You cant miss it. It is brick walled and has no roof.

When I was there in spring of last year there to show my sons friend. There was a chair on one of the foundations/concrete slabs and a bunch of beer cans. They asked "who would leave thier garbage here in the woods?"

Just for today? Today I drove over the Mullica River on the parkway bridge around 9:00am and all looked normal. On the way home around 5:00 pm it looked like the entire watershed was a giant bay. There were a few islands with trees. All the marsh was under with no visible grass.
