Actually, a very interesting site and one that has really helped me in my professional work over the years. There are other road websites out there that have similar content for the later part of the twentieth century. All of these websites provide a great service and contain good information. Combined these sites with my collection of NJ State Official Maps and Public Road Commissioner annual reports, I have pretty good coverage of NJ Highways.

I've been kicking around an idea of writing up the history of Rt 70 for the site. Problem is time and effort.
Well, Ben, you’ve got a pretty good start on such a history in the Davis Grove thread! And there are other sources available—both on the ’net and in books and reports. Time is always the great problem!!
