Check out this bug that Ben, Jessica, and I saw today. Notice what looks like a saw blade on the end. Maybe it is just a wing that was not retracted.

I saw one today at Mount although it was much smaller. I don't know what it is but we used to call them 'Walking Leaves' when we were kids. Except for the wings it very much resembles a Praying Mantis.

Looks to me like a Katydid. They normally are not out in the daytime. Neat pictures of it.

I did not want to highlight how slow my reflexes are in my "old" age. Years ago I would have caught them all.
