Is it me or.....

Wendy's has had a mess of slogan's, before and after the wacky old lady.
Dave did not of course invent the square burger, you are right there so darn it technically you may be right about the why you dog, I may owe you a drink of choice, but it's shape inspired an early on slogan that I think it still used abroad.
Jerseyman, that sounds like one for sure. I don't know them all.
Easy enough to look those and many other company slogans online but I like fellas who make good guesses.

Well at least Wendy's doesn't do that to me. I haven't eaten in a McDonald's or Burger King in well over 5 years.

Like anything else, don't get stupid about it & you'll be fine. A fast food burger now & then won't end your life, but doesn't compare to a real burger from a good joint. Wendy's was cool but there is an element there now that I am not fond of, can't imagine Dave would be either.

Ya know lately the meat DOES NOT hang out the sides of the junior hamburger. Used to be a good piece of meat was on there plus the onion slices would hang out. Now you don't see the meat at all and the onion slices are small. 2 of these breadburgers and fry after and I am hungry less than an hour later.
Yeah...I know...get the single. Like I said we need to get rid the corporate penny pinching hipsters running the place and make it good like it used to be.
Like the thicker fries they used to have (now they are like McDonald's), salad and fixins bars, getting rid of the breadburger and bringing back the junior hamburger, and hiring workers that can speak english.
Yes...Dave Thomas is probably turning over in his grave seeing what the idiots have done to his company.
Also remember the tables with the old newspaper ads on them? Man...I miss those days. I can only hope someone with some sense takes the helm at that company.:pigfly:
In the meantime I should just spend a little more $$ and eat somewhere nicer. Only good thing about Wendy's is the frosty (though sometimes even that is messed up when you get a warm melted one) and the music they play in the background (muzak FM1 channel...what a soft rock radio station should be like....you can get it on FTA Echostar, but I dont have room for a dish inside, and LL wont allow one outside...plus it'd be pretty crazy to spend $100 on sat equip just to get muzak!)
