So as not to take the other thread about the stage between Philadelphia and Egg Harbor further afield;
I'm in Vincentown right now as @Jerseyman suggested, to look for mile stones. Here's a stone close to the bridge/grist mill site. I'm curious what the "H" refers to. Haddonfield is 15 miles away. Hampton is 14 the other way.

If you go southwest on Mill St/Church Rd about 6 miles, this would drop you basically at the intersection of Hartford Rd and Rt 70. There's not a straight shot, I wonder if Wilkins Station went all the way through at one point. Maybe Hanover or Hainesport.

That stone needs some Wet and Forget or D/2 Biological Solution

The "H" is definitely for Hainesport.

This is from the eastbound side of Old Marlton Pike heading towards downtown Medford, a few hundred yards past the entrance to Freedom Park.

"C" Camden
The other side's number is worn away, likely designated 7-8 mi to MH (Mount Holly)

What is interesting is if you note, the two types of font used on the two sides. No doubt the one side was repainted.
