Colin is my nephew and has been missing since Monday, June 25th. We have reason to believe he may have driven to the Pine Barrens.

Colin Dorrian, 28 year old white male, 6 foot 2 inches, 165 pounds, light wiry build, light brown/blond hair, blue eyes.

Colin was last seen Monday 6/25/07 at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon. He went in a Dunkin Donuts in the 2100 block of East Allegheny Avenue and was wearing a white dress shirt, dark slacks, and black tennis shoes.

He may be in or near a 2003 Ford Ranger pickup truck. It is bright red, has a short bed and regular cab, and has some some damage and primer on the passenger side door and fender. It has PA plate number YMZ 5014

If you think you may have seen Colin or his truck, or if you have any information at all, please contact either of these numbers immediately: 215.686.3183, 215.727.2817

Oh, I'm so sorry you and your family are worried. I hope you find him safe and sound very soon. You posted this in a good place. We'll get the word out. And please let us know if he comes home.

I have a thought, and I hope it is taken in the spirit in which I offer it. I sincerely hope you hear something from Colin, and I understand your anxiety and concern. However, I think it was a mistake to post the personal information regarding his state of mind. I noticed that nothing of this sort was said in the Craigslist or other notices regarding Colin that I have seen. Nor was the possible presence of a weapon mentioned. If his absence has a more mundane explanation, then he certainly will not appreciate having this sort of thing posted on the Internet under his name. I suggest that the mods remove this information, and that in any additional posts you simply ask people to keep an eye out for him. If he really is in the state you suggest, as well as being armed, then that is a matter for the police and Wharton rangers, not the Internet-reading public. Just my opinion. Good luck, and I hope you find your friend.

I believe Colin to be a danger to himself, but not to others. The Phila PD is involved, but searching for a missing person is a low priority for them.
