Mt. Holly: NEXRAD Site

I imagine one can't get too close, but I would think one could see the radar antenna from some point. My question: where about would one go to spot the NEXRAD site in Mt. Holly?

Yes, I am talking about NOAA. Bit I have no idea if the office is where the NEXRAD antenna is. The antenna should be BIG. I would like to view this, but do not know if it is at the offices or somewhere else (like out in the middle of nowhere).
